I worked with Ginger during her 22 years at Rappahannock. She was an excellent and very safe bus driver. In addition, Ginger worked with Special Needs students for those 22 years. She worked with work transition students and eventually became a classroom aide. She was a big help in helping Special Need students understand the curriculum and their disability. Ginger will be missed and the students she helped will carry on the lessons she taught them. Thank you Ginger for being there for so many. God Bless you and your family and I look forward to seeing you on the other side.
Rusty, Jessica, Robin and Jackie,

To the Family of Ginger Sue Estes,
So sorry to learn about the loss of your Dear Loved One, Ginger. Please know that so many people share your grief with you to help you through this difficult time of sorrow. Please accept my deepest condolences as we await the time when Christ Jesus will awaken all of those who have fallen asleep in death; including your Beloved, Ginger.

Ginger and I worked together when I began teaching at RCHS. We managed to teach, have fun with ‘our kids’, laugh quite a bit, cry on occasion, but primarily, ensure that all students in our English/Language Arts class were successful. I also have fond memories of the annual Shop With A Deputy Program. The kids could always count on Ginger, and Robin, her ‘side-kick’, to make sure they’d have presents for Christmas. What inspiring examples!
As Mike Tupper noted, Ginger-you will be missed by many, and we are all so thankful for all the students you taught, and carried safely to school. God Bless You and Your Family. My thoughts are with you all, and especially Robin.
